What we collect
When you submit a form on this website or engage us as a client, we collect: your name, firm name, email address, firm website, and any optional context you provide by email. For existing clients we additionally collect contact details, payment information (processed by Stripe — we don’t store card data), and engagement correspondence.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your submitted request, to deliver services we’ve agreed to, and to fulfil our legal obligations. For prospects we process on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to an inbound request). For clients we process on the basis of contract performance.
How long we keep it
Prospect data: 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Client data: 7 years from end of engagement (UK tax law requirement).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@axonis.co.uk. You can unsubscribe from marketing by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by emailing us.
Third parties
We use: Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), Instantly (email outreach to prospects identified via public directories — see “Cold email compliance” below), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), PandaDoc (contract signing). All are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
Cold email compliance
We use public professional directories to identify firms that may benefit from our services and send them business-relevant outreach on the basis of legitimate interest, per UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and PECR. All emails include an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will remove you from all future contact within 24 hours.
